Five Workouts that Will Keep You Coming Back for More
And three-ish that let you bring your baby!
I’ve recently found my workout addiction in PoundFit, the amazing cardio jam session that burns upwards of 1000 calories in a 45-minute session. It took 15 months after having my third baby and being talked into becoming a certified Pound Pro to get me back to working out, so I know how hard it is! Finding Pound got me thinking about other moms and what they might need to feel like they can actually get moving again. My research turned up a few options that are more than just a trip to the gym.

They will soon add more classes including babywearing friendly times and mid-morning times. Visit this link to sign up for your free class.
